About the Role
As a Systems Analyst at ElevenLabs, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining the company's revenue operations stack, with a focus on Salesforce administration, automation, and custom service development. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and optimizing revenue streams. You will be working closely with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions. Your deep understanding of Salesforce and Apex development will enable you to design and implement custom logic, triggers, and integrations that drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and security, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including object models, Flows, and data loading tools
- Design and implement custom Apex code, triggers, and integrations to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and custom code
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Ensure data integrity and security, and implement measures to prevent data loss or corruption
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong Apex development skills, with the ability to design and implement custom logic, triggers, and integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce object models, Flows, and data loading tools
- Experience with SQL and data analysis, including complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong understanding of data security and integrity, with the ability to implement measures to prevent data loss or corruption
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered revenue operations and sales forecasting
- Knowledge of MCP and AI agents, and their application in revenue operations
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
- Certification in Salesforce administration or development
- Experience with automated testing and deployment tools
