About the Role
The Systems Engineer I role is an exciting opportunity to join Stewart's Cloud Collaboration Services team, focusing on the development and implementation of AI and Copilot technologies within Microsoft 365 applications. This early-career position is ideal for individuals with a background in Computer Science or MIS who are eager to expand their skills in AI, automation, and cloud technologies. As a Systems Engineer I, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across various Microsoft 365 applications. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide software systems analysis, write and execute scripts, and support testing and maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of cloud services.What You Will Do
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and support of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications
- Provide in-depth software systems analysis to optimize cloud services
- Write and execute scripts to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency
- Support testing and maintenance activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new cloud services and features
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud services and systems
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, automation, and cloud technologies
- Contribute to the development of best practices for cloud service management
- Engage with stakeholders to understand service requirements and deliver tailored solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Associate's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines
- Microsoft certifications or a willingness to obtain them within a specified timeframe
- 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
- Strong foundation in digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud technologies
- Experience with software systems analysis and automation scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development
