What You Will Do

  • Design and deploy mission-critical communication systems for government and public safety customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for communication systems
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with communication systems
  • Conduct site surveys and installations of communication systems
  • Develop and implement testing and validation procedures for communication systems
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide input to product development teams to improve communication systems

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of communication systems, including design, deployment, and maintenance
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with government and public safety customers
  • Knowledge of APCO Project 25 communications standard
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or computer science

  • Experience with data services and mobile wireless networks
  • Knowledge of other critical customers' sub-systems

  • Certification in a related field, such as systems engineering or communication systems
