About the Role
The Systems Integration Developer position at ALTOUR is a key role in the company's corporate travel division. As a member of the automation development team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Amadeus-driven technology solutions to support multiple servicing platforms. Your primary goal will be to increase productivity and efficiency in the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services, and operational quality assurance. You will report to the Manager of Automation Development and collaborate closely with various departments.The role entails developing effective and efficient automation solutions, providing recommendations for optimization, and assisting in analysis and post-production support. You will also work with stakeholders to identify business needs, determine the best approach for delivery, and communicate regularly on project status.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain Amadeus Smart Flows and Smart Scripts to support corporate travel platforms
- Create and manage documentation for automation solutions
- Assist in analysis, UAT support, and post-production support as needed
- Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features and operational processes
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and determine the best approach for delivery
- Communicate regularly on project status and provide timely updates
- Conduct meetings to provide overviews of systems and integration processes
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to training teams and operations
- Develop and maintain Quality Monitor tools and Concur Compleat solutions
- Collaborate with the automation development team to promote standardization and efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Amadeus automation development
- Proficiency in Amadeus Smart Scripts, Smart Flows, and Quality Monitor tools
- Experience with Concur Compleat and API integration
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and version control concepts
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work independently and complete deliverables on time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the corporate travel industry
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sabre scripting and Red Apps programming
- Familiarity with Compleat agency experience
- Knowledge of travel industry standards and best practices
- Certification in Amadeus automation or a related field
