About the Role

The Systems Ops Administrator role at Twilio is a critical component of the company's global sales organization, focusing on the administration of Salesforce and high-level data stewardship. What You Will Do

  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce, serving as an escalation point for advanced user requests and troubleshooting complex, multi-instance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and access governance policies, monitoring system usage and adoption to recommend improvements.
  • Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes, configuring and maintaining Salesforce support processes.
  • Perform data audits and investigations across systems to enhance firmographic information, fixing data issues following standard operating procedures and data policies.
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce case queues to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), overseeing the synchronization of Salesforce data with ERP/Billing systems for seamless order-to-cash cycles.
  • Provide documentation for implementation changes to data quality standards, documenting data requirements, strategy, and rules for both legacy and new environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and drive automation advances that improve operational efficiency.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments, developing training materials to empower end-users.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high process integrity across all Salesforce instances.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, with expert-level knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple instance management.
  • Strong data stewardship skills, with the ability to perform data audits and investigations to enhance firmographic information.
  • Experience with data quality standards, including data cleansing, validation, and standardization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and the sales process, with the ability to provide insights that drive sales forward.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
