About the Role
The Systems Ops Administrator role at Twilio is a critical component of the company's Global Sales organizations, providing a blend of technical Salesforce administration and high-level data stewardship. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple Salesforce instances run with high process integrity, while also managing the data quality and firmographic insights that drive the Sales organization forward.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex sales operations and data systems. You will be working closely with the Sales, Finance, and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and drive automation advances that enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce
- Serve as the escalation point for advanced user requests and troubleshoot complex and multi-instance issues
- Ensure compliance with security and access governance policies
- Monitor system usage and adoption to recommend improvements
- Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Configure and maintain Salesforce support processes
- Perform data audits and investigations across systems to enhance firmographic information
- Fix data issues following standard operating procedures and data policies
- Monitor and manage Salesforce case queues to meet SLAs
- Oversee the synchronization of Salesforce data with ERP/Billing systems to ensure seamless order-to-cash cycles
- Provide documentation for implementation changes to data quality standards
- Document data requirements, strategy, and rules for both legacy and new environments
- Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Business Stakeholders to identify and drive automation advances
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple Salesforce instances
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex systems with high process integrity
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with data stewardship and firmographic insights
- Knowledge of sales operations and data quality standards
- Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
