Job Description

About the Role

Avomind, a recruiting firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support their team. The company connects high-achieving individuals with hyper-growth firms and has a diverse and international team with 16 languages spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies
  • Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates and assess their fit for roles
  • Manage interview logistics with candidates and advise Project Managers and Client Managers on candidate landscape and trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms
  • Fluent in English, with any other languages being an advantage
