What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, including defining job requirements, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
- Provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions and shape recruitment strategies for key technology positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate competencies and cultural fit
- Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates
- Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and improve recruitment outcomes
- Build talent pools and long-term candidate relationships to support future recruitment needs
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company externally at recruitment events and conferences
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or agency-side
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools
- Experience in conducting structured interviews, such as the STAR method
- Understanding of tech roles and stacks, including backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as a degree in human resources or business administration
