## About the Role The Talent Acquisition Experience Specialist II at Affirm is a pivotal role that focuses on the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the company's Engineering University Programs. This includes internships, apprenticeships, and new graduate programs, all aimed at fostering a high-performing, inclusive organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end experience for these programs, from planning and event execution to cohort engagement and program improvement. The role is part of the People team, which plays a critical part in Affirm's mission by attracting, growing, and retaining talent. The team's efforts are centered around creating a workplace where all employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully, thereby creating a long-term advantage for the business. Reporting to a senior member of the People team, the Talent Acquisition Experience Specialist II will work closely with various stakeholders, including those in Talent Acquisition, Engineering, and business leadership, to deliver a seamless and enriching participant journey. ## What You Will Do - Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Affirm's Engineering University Programs, ensuring they meet the company's talent acquisition and development needs.
- Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful program delivery.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for early-career talent through engaging programming, events, and development opportunities that align with Affirm's business objectives.
- Partner with University Recruiting to ensure a seamless candidate experience from acceptance through program completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Talent Acquisition, People, and Learning & Development to align program goals, drive engagement, and measure success.
- Use participant feedback, stakeholder input, and program metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance program outcomes year over year.
- Manage program communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key program stakeholders, including university partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in university recruiting and early-career talent development to inform program strategy and innovation.
- Experience designing and managing university talent programs, including internships, campus recruiting initiatives, and early-career development programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create exceptional participant experiences by partnering across teams, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Passion for fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable talent programs.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with program management tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition principles, practices, and technologies.
- Certification in program management or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform program decisions.
