About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern position at Teya is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to break into the recruitment and talent acquisition field. As part of the recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting candidate sourcing, identification, and initial outreach activities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes and digital recruiting methodologies, giving you a solid foundation for a career in this field.

In this role, you will be working closely with the recruiting team to identify top talent for various positions within the company. Your day-to-day activities will include utilizing professional databases and digital tools to source candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. You will also be involved in organizing and scheduling introductory interviews and participating in first-level video and telephone interviews.

What You Will Do

  • Support candidate sourcing and identification activities through professional databases and digital tools.
  • Use LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and scouting professional profiles.
  • Screen incoming resumes against the requirements of open positions.
  • Review applications and assess the alignment between candidates' skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screenings to gather preliminary candidate information.
  • Organize and schedule introductory interviews.
  • Participate in first-level video and telephone interviews.
  • Prepare interview reports and feedback summaries.
  • Update and monitor the candidate database and recruitment pipelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and talent pools.
  • Analyze employment trends and key competitors for specific professional roles.
  • Map professional profiles and relevant labor markets.
  • Support compensation benchmarking and talent availability analyses.
  • Prepare concise reports to support recruiting activities.
