About the Role
The Talent Acquisition M&A Integration Project Manager plays a critical role in leading the integration strategy and execution across acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational integrations. This position operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business priorities into actionable talent acquisition integration plans. The role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills.The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor and operator, driving alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape and balancing enterprise standards with business needs. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of recruiting activities, minimizing disruption to candidates and the business, while accelerating the adoption of standardized talent acquisition practices.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition integration strategy, planning, and execution across acquisitions and integration initiatives
- Translate deal strategy and business objectives into scalable talent acquisition integration approaches and operating models
- Define integration scope, guiding principles, and decision frameworks to balance speed, risk, and long-term alignment
- Align newly integrated organizations to enterprise talent acquisition systems, processes, and governance
- Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across complex, cross-functional environments
- Serve as the primary talent acquisition integration partner to HR M&A, talent acquisition leadership, and business stakeholders
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, talent acquisition COEs, HRIS, IT, Legal, and business teams to drive coordinated execution
- Navigate competing priorities and regional nuances, driving decisions that align to enterprise strategy while meeting business needs
- Provide clear, strategic updates and recommendations to talent acquisition and HR leadership, enabling informed decision-making
- Own and drive the strategy for managing active requisitions and candidates during integration
- Establish scalable, standardized approaches for candidate communication, dispositioning, and data handling
- Ensure continuity of hiring while transitioning roles into enterprise systems and processes
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, project/program management, or M&A/integration initiatives
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant stakeholder engagement in global, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating business priorities into actionable plans
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with talent acquisition systems and tools
- Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and develop scalable integration approaches
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday, ATS/CRM, and other talent acquisition systems
- Knowledge of HRIS and IT systems
- Certification in project management or a related field
