Job Description

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager role at CommandLink is a strategic and hands-on leadership position, responsible for building and scaling recruiting operations across multiple locations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving recruiting operating models, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. Your day-to-day activities will include partnering with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce demand, establishing and monitoring KPIs related to speed, quality, compliance, cost, and candidate experience, and governing compensation and rate-card adherence in partnership with Finance and Legal.

As a leader in the recruiting team, you will oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery across steady-state and high-volume hiring needs, ensuring that the candidate experience is exceptional and consistent. Your team will include Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators, and you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing them to achieve their full potential. The role requires a strong emphasis on designing, launching, and optimizing recruiting teams and workflows, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for driving a strong, consistent candidate experience, optimizing recruiting systems and processes, and ensuring compliance across all recruiting and onboarding activities.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators to achieve their full potential
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery across steady-state and high-volume hiring needs
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting operating models to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce demand and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to speed, quality, compliance, cost, and candidate experience
  • Govern compensation and rate-card adherence in partnership with Finance and Legal
  • Drive a strong, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Optimize recruiting systems and processes by standardizing templates, interview rubrics, workflows, and automation
  • Ensure compliance across all recruiting and onboarding activities

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and/or agency-style hiring models
  • Strong emphasis on designing, launching, and optimizing recruiting teams and workflows
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, including recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on recruitment marketing
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau
