As a Talent Acquisition Associate at hyrise, you'll be at the forefront of the company's recruiting efforts. Your primary mission will be to identify and engage top talent across Germany for leading sales teams. You'll work closely with the Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. What You Will Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
- Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads from potential candidates
- Generate qualified meetings for the Talent Advisors to convert into placements
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles
- Utilize data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality
- Track your performance regularly, using data to inform your recruiting approach
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with high self-motivation and resilience
- Comfort with or curiosity about AI tools in a recruiting context
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track performance and be open to feedback
- Strong understanding of the sales landscape, particularly in the B2B tech sector
