## About the Role The Talent Acquisition Partner at CommandLink plays a pivotal role in the company's hiring process, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles.   • Build and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent, utilizing various recruitment strategies and digital tools.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from the initial application to onboarding, reflecting the company's values and culture.
  • Advise and influence hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection, leveraging data and insights to support decisions.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in their roles, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to improve recruitment strategies.
## What We Are Looking For - Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a digital or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup, with excellent virtual communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Digital skills, including proficiency in recruitment software, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills, able to influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in Colombia, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
