About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner role at Cohere is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge AI research company and drive the growth of its global teams. As a seasoned recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior roles across various departments, including Enterprise Sales, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Government Affairs. What You Will Do
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for senior roles across various departments
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to drive recruitment efforts
- Manage recruitment funnels and proactively source top talent
- Introduce talent projects to optimize efficiencies and drive results
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to develop and implement recruitment initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech companies
- Experience managing a high-volume senior-level desk in a hyper-growth scale-up environment
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as Ashby
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the AI or tech industry
- Knowledge of GTM and Excel
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in recruitment or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
