About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in driving Lastpass's hiring efforts, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, consistent hiring outcomes. This role entails managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer extension. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, the successful candidate will provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring risks, and effective recruiting strategies.As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to recruiting operations through process improvement, reporting, and a focus on efficiency and candidate experience. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer extension
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to set clear expectations, guide decision making, and strengthen calibration, evaluation, and selection practices
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring risks, and effective recruiting strategies to inform hiring decisions
- Leverage a mix of traditional and creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage diverse, high-quality talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning
- Stay connected to local talent market trends, industry shifts, and competitive insights to position Lastpass as an employer of choice
- Contribute to recruiting operations through process improvement, reporting, and a focus on efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, consistent hiring outcomes
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights
- Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a global recruitment team, with knowledge of international recruitment practices and laws
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices in recruitment
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
