Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at vCluster Labs, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's engineering capabilities by recruiting top-tier technical talent.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering, product, and technical positions globally.
  • Proactively source candidates from the open-source and Kubernetes communities.
  • Champion a structured interview process using effective scorecards to maintain data integrity within our ATS.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and quick decision-making.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, acting as a consultant on market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Proven skills in data-driven recruitment and candidate assessment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Go and Terraform can enhance your discussions with candidates.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup setting.
