About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at vCluster Labs, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's engineering capabilities by recruiting top-tier technical talent.Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering, product, and technical positions globally.
- Proactively source candidates from the open-source and Kubernetes communities.
- Champion a structured interview process using effective scorecards to maintain data integrity within our ATS.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and quick decision-making.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, acting as a consultant on market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Proven skills in data-driven recruitment and candidate assessment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Go and Terraform can enhance your discussions with candidates.
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup setting.
