About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Bjak is a hands-on recruitment position that supports hiring across multiple functions and regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders, to deliver hiring outcomes and drive recruitment process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities
  • Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities where required
  • Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to achieve hiring goals across the organization

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
  • Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals
  • Demonstrates ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language capabilities, such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese, being an advantage
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
