About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Early Pipeline & Sourcing at Workleap, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial touchpoint to shortlist. The role is integral to Workleap's mission to simplify work through cutting-edge HR and IT solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to identify, engage, and assess potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment processes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sourcing and recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment software, and digital tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
