About the Role

The Talent Brand Experience Manager will own and evolve Stripe's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), driving recruitment marketing programs and building recruiter enablement resources. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and recruiting and requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Stripe's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), including the messaging matrix and visual design system
  • Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of Stripe's recruitment marketing programs
  • Manage agency relationships and associated budgets to deliver creative work and research that drives a measurable impact on Stripe's ability to attract top talent
