About the Role
The Talent Coordinator role at Bjak is a critical part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting high-volume, multi-market hiring. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping hiring operations structured, accurate, and moving quickly.The role entails coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently, and maintaining ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally to ensure timely submission of interview feedback and draft offer letters for successful candidates.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently
- Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback
- Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback
- Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates
- Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early
- Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow
- Provide support for high-volume hiring, ensuring speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
- Work closely with global teams across different time zones, demonstrating comfort and flexibility
- Assist in optimizing job posting and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and ATS tools
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with global teams across different time zones
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools
- Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations
- Strong execution ability and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment

- Exposure to emerging technologies, such as AI, and their application in recruitment
