About the Role

The Talent Coordinator, Ops role at CookUnity is a critical position that supports the company's hiring efforts across various facilities and teams. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The Talent Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure that all hiring processes are efficient and well-coordinated. This involves managing multiple priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining accurate candidate data. What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly and non-hourly roles
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
  • Support hiring events remotely, including confirmations, reminders, candidate tracking, and follow-ups
  • Conduct reference checks and provide clear, structured feedback to the Talent team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience
  • Support and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Certification in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM or HRCI
