About the Role

Pennylane, a fast-growing Fintech, is looking for a Talent Development Manager to cover a maternity leave. This is a 6-8 month fixed-term contract role that will lead major strategic projects and support the company's hyper-growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 1-2 people, including a Learning & Development Specialist and a Project Manager
  • Collaborate with HRBP, Ops, and TA teams, as well as C-levels on succession planning matters
  • Position Learning & Development as a key pillar of the employee lifecycle
  • Create a training offering adapted to different profiles and organizations
