Job Description

About the Role

Resend is seeking a dedicated Talent Experience professional to help build and scale the company's team. As the first recruiting hire, you will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience and cultivating a strong talent brand.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to offers
  • Build and source a talent community strategy to attract high-caliber talent
  • Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics and interview plans
  • Increase talent brand awareness through social media channels, team engagement, and community events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or developer experience roles
  • Active engagement with engineering culture and developer communities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to Have

  • Experience at dev tooling or software infrastructure companies
  • Active membership in startup or engineering communities
