About the Role

The Talent Growth & Inclusion Intern role at Veeam Software is a unique opportunity for students to contribute to high-impact projects focused on career development and learning enablement. As part of the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, the successful candidate will work closely with People Partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to drive strategic People & Culture priorities. This 10-week summer internship, taking place from June to August 2026, offers a chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The role is designed for students leading into their final year of university, who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. The interns will participate in onboarding with the UR team, professional development sessions, networking, and social events provided by the Internship Program. This comprehensive approach ensures that interns are set up for success and have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and implementation of career development and learning enablement projects
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging AI technologies and their applications in the workplace
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to provide updates and insights

What We Are Looking For

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent development, career growth, learning programs, organizational effectiveness, or organizational change management
  • Familiarity or interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to workplace experiences
  • Curiosity about using AI to drive more personalized, efficient, and scalable employee solutions
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize and organize complex information clearly
  • Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across functions
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools

  • Prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
