Job Description
About the Role
The Talent Management Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Veolia's business strategy by designing and implementing effective talent management initiatives. This includes proposing appropriate education and training programs, managing performance, and developing leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers to create and execute training sessions, collect feedback, and continuously improve the programs. As a key member of the team, the Talent Management Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion. This will involve collaborating with various departments to promote talent development, organize special sessions and events, and support budget management. - Plan and implement internal training programs, including new employee onboarding and mid-career training
- Conduct engagement surveys and develop follow-up actions to improve employee satisfaction
- Organize special sessions and events to promote talent development and diversity
- Support senior managers in budget management and talent management initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors to provide training programs for mid-career hires
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including annual evaluations
- Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion across the organization
- Support the development of leadership capabilities and provide coaching to employees
- Work closely with the global HQ and AP HQ teams to align talent management strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in talent development, organizational design, and training in a global business environment
- Business-level English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
