About the Role
OneImaging is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to drive forward the company's success by managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume care navigation and support functions.Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for care navigation and support functions
- Influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and determine target profiles
- Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones
- Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers
Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented and able to operate with urgency
- Passionate about working with people and process
- Experience with recruiting processes and tools
