About the Role
The Talent Operations role at ElevenLabs is a high-impact, high-autonomy position that plays a vital part in the company's hiring strategy and execution. As a key member of the Talent team, you will be responsible for building and powering the engine of ElevenLabs through hyperscaling headcount, while ensuring that tooling and processes are efficient and scalable. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.The successful candidate will be an expert in workflows, design, and implementation of key Talent projects, utilizing AI, workflow automations, and the latest technology. You will identify cutting-edge Talent tools, ensuring that the company is constantly upgrading its Talent tool ecosystem. Your expertise in Excel will be essential in managing metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder management.

What You Will Do
- Become an expert in recruiting workflows, including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Design, implement, and launch key Talent projects, utilizing AI, workflow automations, and the latest technology
- Identify and implement cutting-edge Talent tools to ensure the company is constantly upgrading its Talent tool ecosystem
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure team progress towards KPIs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and optimize workflows
- Analyze team progress towards KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement best-in-class Talent processes and SOPs
- Help implement the company's Data Strategy to ensure scalable growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Operations, recruitment, or a related field
- Expertise in Excel, with experience in managing metrics and dashboards
- Experience in designing and implementing workflows, utilizing AI, workflow automations, and the latest technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on high-velocity and lean autonomous teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in working with AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in managing and implementing Talent management systems, such as Workday or BambooHR
- Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field, such as SHRM or HRCI
