About the Role

The Talent Operations Lead will play a critical role in driving the growth of Elevenlabs, a cutting-edge AI research and product company. As the strategic force behind the company's hiring efforts, this professional will own the infrastructure, tooling, strategy, and team that power Elevenlabs' hiring across every function and market. The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of Talent and senior leadership to translate hiring ambitions into operational reality, ensuring the company's continued success and expansion.

The role entails working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, where rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy are the norm. The Talent Operations Lead will be responsible for identifying, designing, and driving org-wide hiring programs and frameworks, including interview evaluation systems, headcount planning solutions, and multi-market hiring playbooks. As a key member of the team, the Talent Operations Lead will be expected to own the end-to-end talent technology stack, leading vendor strategy, managing relationships, making build vs. buy decisions, and ensuring tools are configured, integrated, and used to their full potential. The role requires a strong technical aptitude, as well as the ability to drive the team forward and help build solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end talent technology stack, including vendor strategy, relationship management, and tool configuration
  • Identify, design, and drive org-wide hiring programs and frameworks, including interview evaluation systems and headcount planning solutions
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
  • Work directly with the Head of Talent and senior leadership to translate hiring ambitions into operational reality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and speed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, growth, and operations, to drive hiring initiatives forward
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and optimize the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the hiring process
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to support hiring initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience in talent operations, recruiting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in hiring processes
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, with minimal bureaucracy
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and developing talent
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience with talent technology stacks, including HRIS, ATS, and other relevant tools
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to inform hiring decisions with data
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience working in the AI or tech industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in talent operations, recruiting, or a related field
