About the Role

The Talent Operations - Program Manager role at Elevenlabs is a critical component of the company's scaling efforts, focusing on managing the infrastructure behind high-volume hiring initiatives. As a key member of the talent operations team, this professional will own relationships with recruiting agencies and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of hiring plans. The role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition, program management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Elevenlabs is at the forefront of AI research and product development, having launched the first human-like AI voice model in January 2023. With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, the company has expanded its offerings to include three main platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's aggressive growth plans, working closely with internal recruiting teams, external partners, and hiring stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing recruiting agencies, onboarding contractors, and designing efficient processes. They will be the connective tissue between various stakeholders, ensuring that hiring initiatives are executed flawlessly. As the company continues to scale, this role will evolve to encompass broader talent operations programs, including tooling, automation, data, and process design.

What You Will Do

  • Own relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors, managing sourcing, onboarding, performance tracking, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure alignment between hiring demand and recruiter supply, identifying potential gaps and blockers.
  • Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters, external partners, and hiring stakeholders to keep pipelines moving.
  • Design and implement lightweight yet durable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for engaging and managing external recruiting partners at scale.
  • Track and report on agency and contractor performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates, providing insights to inform future hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs, providing strategic recommendations to support growth plans.
  • Work closely with the talent operations team to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets for recruiting agencies and contractors, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in talent operations, program management, or a related field, with a focus on recruiting agency management and process design.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring initiatives, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-hire and fill rates.
  • Experience working with Excel, with the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Experience working in the tech industry, with a focus on AI and software development.

  • Experience working with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or a related field, such as a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification.
