- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business-facing roles in Latin America
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to share best practices and improve recruitment processes
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the industry to stay informed about market trends
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote Cloudbeds as an employer of choice
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of success in managing recruitment processes and attracting top talent
- Strong understanding of the Latin American job market and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with recruitment software and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
