About the Role

Mongoose is seeking a Talent & People Ops Manager to join their team. As a key member of the People function, you will balance operational excellence with forward-looking talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead People Operations with Excellence: manage and continuously improve core People programs, from onboarding and benefits administration to compliance and systems.
  • Run Consultative GTM, Product & Engineering Recruiting: partner with hiring managers, design structured interview plans, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM and Excel is required.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on operational excellence and talent strategy.
