Job Description

About the Role

Philips is seeking a Field Specialist for their medical equipment division in the East Region of Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing repairs, installations, and fault analysis, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support and advice.

Responsibilities

  • Executing repairs, installations, and fault analysis of medical equipment
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent technical support and advice
  • Providing internal and external communication, with a focus on customer management and professional escalation

Requirements

  • Technical education in medical informatics, information and communication technology, electrical engineering, information network technology, medical technology, or bio-medical technology
  • Experience in medical technology and basic medical knowledge
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, secure appearance, reliability, and commitment
  • High flexibility, interregional mobility, and willingness to travel (over 70%), including weekend work and 24/7 readiness
  • In-depth IT and network knowledge, good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and secure documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Ideally experience in the radiological environment and specialized knowledge in radiation protection
  • Fluent English and German language skills in word and writing
