## What We Are Looking For - At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Support, Customer Service, or Helpdesk role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset - Proficiency with customer support and productivity tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel - Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and communication tools - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
