## About the Role As a Talent Sourcer at Remote Talent LATAM, you will be responsible for building targeted candidate pipelines for marketing roles. This will involve researching and identifying top talent in Latin America, using a range of tools and techniques to find the best candidates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing roles, including paid media, content, and graphic design.
