About the Role

The Talent Sourcer position at ELEKS is a critical component of the company's Talent Acquisition Office, responsible for identifying and engaging top technical specialists. This role requires a proactive and curious individual who can develop creative sourcing strategies and build high-quality talent pipelines. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer will be responsible for conducting multi-channel candidate searches, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, and collaborating closely with the team to meet current and future hiring needs. What You Will Do

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify top technical specialists using various channels, including professional networks, social media, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with potential candidates, initiating first contact and maintaining communication to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with hiring needs and to provide support in the recruitment process.
  • Continuously expand your toolkit by mastering new sourcing techniques, platforms, and tools to stay ahead in the field.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and stay competitive.
  • Develop and maintain a network of high-quality candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Propose innovative, data-driven, and result-oriented ideas to boost sourcing efficiency and improve pipeline quality.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of new hires and to support the onboarding process.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience as a talent sourcer, researcher, recruiter, or completion of recruitment courses.
  • At least strong intermediate English skills to effectively communicate with candidates and team members.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Awareness of key roles within the IT outsourcing industry, including technical positions and their requirements.
  • Familiarity with technology trends, programming languages, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Knowledge of sourcing methods, tools, and search techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge in creative ways.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to effectively engage with candidates.
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and creativity to work independently and as part of a team.
