About the Role
The Talent Sourcing Assistant role is a critical part of Hunt St's recruitment team, responsible for identifying, screening, and building relationships with top talent in the market. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the delivery team to fill active roles and grow the internal talent pool. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing talent pools, conducting searches on LinkedIn, and engaging with candidates via phone and email.The role is expected to align with AU business hours, but as an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in how you manage your time. You will be working remotely from the Philippines, and will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor.

What You Will Do
- Identify, screen, and build relationships with active and passive candidates in the market to grow the internal talent pool
- Accurately enter and update notes and activities within JobAdder
- Conduct searches utilizing all options available on LinkedIn recruiter, including Boolean searches, Talent Insights, Projects, InMail's, and job postings
- Engage with candidates via phone and email to update availability, interest, and resume information
- Solicit candidate referrals and record referral information
- Utilize all systems, including JobAdder, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and more, to an exemplary level
- Build a strong social media presence and personal brand to represent the company and promote the professional brand
- Build and maintain structured talent pools aligned with priority disciplines, including Project Management, Project Controls & Services, Construction Management, Asset Management & Engineering, and Engineering
- Collaborate effectively with the delivery team to fill active roles and grow the internal talent pool
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on talent pool management and candidate engagement
- Conduct market research to gain insight into industry trends and talent availability
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with recruitment tools, including JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and market trends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, and the ability to build a strong personal brand
