What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main liaison between talent and brand partners, facilitating smooth communication and alignment on campaign deliverables.
  • Source and secure brand opportunities for talent, supporting outreach for agency-led brand campaigns.
  • Provide constructive feedback on content to ensure it aligns with both brand guidelines and the creator's voice.
  • Maintain organized processes to track deadlines, contracts, and deliverables for both talent and clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands and clients to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and relevant cultural conversations to inform strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to forecast influencer trends and provide strategic insights to elevate talent.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an agency or influencer marketing support role.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking ability and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy and a keen understanding of what drives successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
