Job Description

About the Role

Anchorage Digital is seeking a crypto-native technical recruiting lead to own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Protocols/Blockchain engineering teams. These teams build the financial infrastructure that lets institutions interact with hundreds of blockchain networks securely.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for the most technically demanding engineering roles
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies for deeply technical, hard-to-find talent
  • Construct robust pipelines with measurable metrics and iterate to improve efficiency
  • Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to calibrate on bar, refine interview loops, and close competitive offers

Requirements

  • Technical skills to own end-to-end recruiting for high-stakes roles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, EMs, and executives
  • Strong conversion metrics and ability to escalate appropriately on process changes
