About the Role
The Talent Technology Program Manager will play a key role in driving the strategy and optimization of talent technology solutions at Autodesk. This includes managing the holistic technology product portfolio that supports talent acquisition, talent development, and global mobility. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including talent operations, talent development, enterprise systems, and people insights and solution design. As a program manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that systems, agents, and data are effectively leveraged to drive end-to-end talent workflows. Your goal will be to deliver best-in-class candidate and employee experiences, drive business impact, and accelerate AI-enabled capabilities. - Own the holistic technology product portfolio that supports talent acquisition, talent development, and global mobility
- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, making prioritization trade-offs to maximize platform effectiveness and scalability
- Drive full product lifecycle management from discovery and design through launch and continuous optimization
- Ensure return on technology investment and drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value realization
- Represent the voice of the user to inform product decisions, technology-enabled workflow design, and experience improvements
- Partner with various teams to leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
- Enable and scale responsible AI capabilities within talent technology platforms and workflows
- Execute data governance and security policies within talent systems
- Stay current on HR technology and AI trends to inform strategy and innovation
- Partner with enablement, change management, and communications teams to drive adoption and sustained usage
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR/talent acquisition technology, program management, product management, or technology strategy
- Demonstrated experience driving technology-enabled business outcomes in a cross-functional environment
- Strong ability to translate business needs into prioritized requirements and work effectively with technical and data partners
- Experience working with talent or HR technology platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity in complex environments
- Experience applying AI/ML-enabled features or tools within enterprise platforms or workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based HR systems and talent management platforms
- Certification in HR or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
