## About the Role The Talent & Workforce Strategy Partner serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, developing and executing multi-year workforce strategies that directly influence operational performance, workforce stability, talent availability, and leadership pipeline strength. This role requires a deep understanding of labor market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and organizational design. As a partner to the HR Operations, Enterprise OD, and Talent Acquisition teams, the successful candidate will blend market intelligence, workforce analytics, and talent systems optimization to drive sustainable results. The Partner will own measurable workforce outcomes, lead enterprise-wide talent programs, and ensure the assigned Line of Business is competitively positioned in national labor markets. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and program management skills. With the rise of remote work, the ability to develop and execute digital workforce strategies is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent systems optimization. They will be able to analyze complex labor market data, identify trends, and develop predictive insights to inform business decisions.
