About the Role

The Keycloak technician role at Logicalis Spain is a remote position that requires a high level of technical expertise and experience with digital identity and access management. As a member of the cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for managing and configuring Keycloak and RHSSO environments, as well as troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in cloud computing, networking, and security.

The Keycloak technician will work closely with the cybersecurity team to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable identity and access management solutions. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure that security and compliance requirements are met. The role will also require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

What You Will Do

  • Configure and manage Keycloak and RHSSO environments, including token configuration, theme creation, and realm setup
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance, using tools such as Dynatrace and Openshift
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable identity and access management solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Keycloak and RHSSO environments, including configuration guides and troubleshooting manuals
  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Implement and manage SAML, LDAP, and AD integrations, as well as brokering and federation services
  • Create and manage client-id and token configurations, including impersonation, mappers, and permissions
  • Develop and deploy builds and configuration files, using tools such as YAML and Postman
  • Monitor and analyze logs to identify issues and optimize system performance
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical systems

  • Experience with Keycloak and RHSSO, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Strong background in IT, with experience in cloud computing, networking, and security
