About the Role
The Team Lead at 32Co is responsible for empowering our design team and optimizing operational processes to achieve superior treatment outcomes.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the design team has the necessary capacity, structure, and support.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with designers to gauge their challenges, successes, and engagement levels.
- Design and enhance processes related to workflows, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
- Manage performance and development initiatives to drive engagement and accountability.
- Lead team engagement activities that promote a strong remote culture.
- Define clear progression paths for designers’ career growth.
- Execute ad hoc operational projects to enhance team effectiveness.
- Support the onboarding process to make new designers effective and confident.
- Facilitate strong communication between the design team and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations or Team Management, especially in high-growth environments.
