Job Description

About the Role

The Team Lead at 32Co is responsible for empowering our design team and optimizing operational processes to achieve superior treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the design team has the necessary capacity, structure, and support.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with designers to gauge their challenges, successes, and engagement levels.
  • Design and enhance processes related to workflows, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
  • Manage performance and development initiatives to drive engagement and accountability.
  • Lead team engagement activities that promote a strong remote culture.
  • Define clear progression paths for designers’ career growth.
  • Execute ad hoc operational projects to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Support the onboarding process to make new designers effective and confident.
  • Facilitate strong communication between the design team and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in People Operations or Team Management, especially in high-growth environments.
