About the Role
The Team Lead, Command Center at Rimini Street ensures exceptional remote support for mission-critical applications as part of the global Application Managed Services support team.Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex customer issues and devise action plans for resolution.
- Replicate issues for troubleshooting as necessary.
- Provide modifications to application configurations to resolve incidents.
- Mentor junior coworkers on application functionalities.
- Recommend training changes based on incident analysis.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and automation.
