What You Will Do

  • Ensure safety aspects are prioritized in all shop floor and cold end activities
  • Achieve plan actualization by minimizing deviations in product quality
  • Maximize the production of high-quality products
  • Reduce claims in the mainline through efficient quality control measures
  • Minimize Cold End related losses and breakdowns
  • Implement and maintain 5S improvements in the Cold End area
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
