About the Role

The Tech Admin (P2) GTM Systems role at Twilio is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to join the GTM Automation team. As a Salesforce Tech Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce.com platform, ensuring data excellence across the organization. Your work will be integral to supporting impactful programs managed by the team, contributing to the success of the sales team and Twilio's fast growth.

The GTM Automation team is a crucial part of Twilio's operations, and as a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of communications. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and develop elegant solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Assist project managers and product owners in various work streams on Salesforce.com
  • Manage data in Salesforce.com and other business systems, including auditing and resolving data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with CPQ and Opportunity Life Cycle Management teams to uncover process gaps and develop solutions
  • Work with Opportunity Life Cycle Management/CPQ value streams to deliver strategic projects
  • Understand and fix existing system problems on a daily basis
  • Recommend and implement process automation and best practices for CPQ and OLM efficiency
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across the revenue funnel and support strategic decision-making
  • Continually evaluate and identify gaps in the existing codebase to develop solutions for increased extensibility

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and its applications
  • Excellent data management skills, with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience with process automation and data excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Excel and other business systems
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration (desired)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CPQ and Opportunity Life Cycle Management
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and remote work environments
