About the Role
The Tech Enablement Engineer role at CookUnity is a mid-level position that plays a pivotal part in the company's B2B Operations team. This role involves building and optimizing the internal technology that powers CookUnity's B2B initiatives, working closely with the Tech Enablement Lead and collaborating with stakeholders across operations, product, and engineering. The primary goal is to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and enable growth.As a Tech Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end automation workflows, creating internal web and mobile applications, maintaining custom hardware setups, and managing integrations with third-party software. What You Will Do
- Ideate, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows to streamline internal processes
- Create and enhance internal applications for web and mobile to improve Ops and B2B services
- Set up CI/CD pipelines to deploy internal tools efficiently
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of custom hardware solutions, such as smart fridges
- Manage and improve integrations with external software used by the team
- Experiment with and build AI-driven tools to support the team's objectives
- Work closely with Marketing and Data teams to automate their workflows
- Document all solutions and processes clearly for future reference
- Ensure data integrity by creating custom Salesforce dashboard components or integrations as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Mid-level engineering experience with a focus on technology enablement
- Proficiency in low-code tools and custom scripts (SQL, Google Cloud Functions, Apps Script, Node.js/Python)
- Experience with full-stack development (modern front-end frameworks and back-end code)
- Knowledge of IoT devices and AI tools
- Ability to work with third-party software integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot
Nice to Have
- Experience with Raspberry Pi and electronic locks, sensors, and cameras
- Knowledge of computer vision capabilities and natural language processing frameworks
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, and Jira
- Experience with data analysis and data ingestion/transformation for CRM systems
