About the Role

The Tech Lead of Data Engineering at SuperAwesome will shape how data is collected, processed, and used across the organization, leading a team of skilled engineers and representing the data function across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define the technical roadmap for data engineering
  • Collaborate with leaders across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Legal, Infosec, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the data team has a strong outward presence across the company
  • Lay the groundwork for AI-driven capabilities and enable data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • Experience with data engineering and leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel
