About the Role
Elevenlabs is seeking a Tech Operations Engineer to join their team in London. As a hybrid role, you will work 4 days per week on-site and 1 day from home, providing critical support to the team. The role entails managing device lifecycle, IT support, and ensuring seamless operations. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes talent over location and is committed to excellence in all aspects of the business. The Tech Operations Engineer will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of the company's operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all devices and IT systems are running smoothly, providing support and resolving issues efficiently. Your expertise in IT fundamentals and device management will be crucial in this role, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of tasks, from device procurement to onboarding new employees. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset will enable you to excel in this role and make a significant impact on the company's operations.What You Will Do
- Manage device lifecycle, including procurement, setup, and secure wiping
- Provide on-hand IT support to colleagues in the London office
- Ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
- Handle inbound support requests and serve as a friendly first point of contact for the team
- Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives and new projects
- Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides
