About the Role
Retired.com is seeking a Tech Recruiter to scale its technology, corporate, and operations teams. As a leading fintech platform, we combine cutting-edge technology with world-class customer service to make cryptocurrency and alternative investing accessible, secure, and compliant.Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings for technical proficiency and cultural alignment
- Build a strong pipeline of technical and business talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, including technical and non-technical roles within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and familiarity with business support functions
